Bill Liao is an Australian entrepreneur. He is a venture partner with SOSV and recognized as one of The UK’s top 100 black and minority ethnic leaders in technology by the Financial Times. (from Wikipedia)

In 2011 he co-founded CoderDojo with James Whelton. (The person on the right of the photo)
